The behavior and tactics used by terrorists Most of the terrorist groups have conducted assassinations for eliminating enemies, discouraging cooperation, intimidating the population, influencing the public opinion, gaining media attention, decreasing the government effectiveness and simply exacting revenge. The behavior of the terrorists are always violent and aggressive. The tactics they use are explosive devices, kidnapping, suicide attacks, shootings, and using chemical, radiological and biological devices (Schuurman, 2019). Terrorists use both the conventional method and modern way for terrorism.
